Bertollo Ice Cream Machines Industry offers its line of dosing machines in two versions, the dosing machine with electric drive and the dosing machine with pneumatic drive. The difference between these types of operation results in equipment with significantly different production capacity.

The dosers' production capacity depends on the solution's density and viscosity, which can vary between 1.5 to 3 seconds per shape.

The grout dispensers have their structures and coatings built with 304 stainless steel, with a base of swivel castors with brake.

They are designed to work with 10.5 x 42 cm, 18, 26 or 28 cavity shapes.

Valves, pump devices, piping and connections are made of 304 stainless steel, with standard sanitary polishing.
