The tank keeps 1 or 2 heated vats and can be used as a popsicle mold deformer and melt the chocolate, simultaneously.

Heated by electrical resistance, and temperature controlled by electronic thermostat.

Adjustable operating temperature from 20ºC to 60ºC.
